Business Developer - London Market
Job description
An exciting opportunity to be our first on-the-ground Business Developer for the London market! This role can be based in Paris or London, according to your working rights status and current location.
You will be joining Carla, our UK Country Manager, who has recently opened the London office, to expand our UK presence and grow our business. You will also work closely with our Sales team in our headquarters in Paris.
We are a French company, so speaking French would be an advantage, as some of the team meetings you will be attending will be held in French. However, the majority of your day-to-day will be in English, so native English is the priority!
As a member of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting new customers (detecting and qualifying sales opportunities);
- Presenting our innovative solution and building relationships with potential clients;
- Contribute to optimising our strategies on the UK market.
Both our Paris and London offices are in the city centres, perfect for meeting clients and enjoying after-works. We also offer flexible working options, with some work-from-home days so you can choose what works best for you.

Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years of sales experience, and are now looking to take the next step in your career by opening a new market with us.

You are:
- Results-oriented to accelerate your sales career
- A good speaker with good writing skills, ideally in both English and French
- Proficient in Pack Office and software (Sales Navigator, Hubspot etc.. )
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to develop skills with the help of colleagues
- Critical and constructive about our operations, tools and methods
Interview process
- An initial video chat with Amy, our Talent Acquisition Manager, lasting 10 to 15 minutes, to find out whether we'd get on
- A second interview with Pauline, our VP of Sales, and Carla, our UK Country Manager, to discuss what you're looking for, the role and your skills
- A final interview with Vlad, one of our three co-founders, for about 15 minutes on video.
